Slow verry slow, staff seems clueless. 45 min to change oil after car is in the bay. Really.. The just seem totally lost in what they should be doing. Would definitely not recommend ever.
Got there at 10.30am and signed the book for an inspection. Was the second name in the book 2.5 hrs later they told me another he because they had some drop off' s they had to do first....ok let the customer wait 3 hours in your waiting room and take care of the drop offs first? Stupid! Not to mention I was there 2 weeks ago for an oil change took 1.5 hrs and they were taking other people in front of me...botttom line they would rather me go somewhere else than take care of me after 2.5 hrs waiting when I'm the only one ther... read more
