Called for an inspection today, Tuesday, June 23rd their next available appointment is Monday the 29th. I asked why so long and she responded that they are booked solid. Little did they know I was across the street when I called. Far from booked solid. Clearly they do not like to do inspections because they make no money on them. They should just stop offering the service.

This was my second trip to this location. Went at opening (8am) for an oil change was told to pull up behind the car in the second bay. Pulled too close, which I had no where they wanted me, and got screamed at by the mechanic working on the car. Pulled out and left. No thanks if that’s how you treat people I’ll go elsewhere. 0 stars

Usually when I come here, I get associates who pressure me into buying things I don't need (such as power steering fluid when my car uses EPS), however yesterday I had a very friendly worker who was patient with me and even gave me discounts on the things I actually needed and made it a pleasure to visit this location again. Keep up the good work!
FYI they no longer do drive up NYS inspections, even when 3 bays are empty & guys are standing around.
I got my regular oil change done there on regular basis and I never have a complain until this time, my engine is shot thanks to the fact according to my mechanic they used oil too thin for my vehicle, now I'll have to spend $2550.00 on another engine and labor !!!
The last time I went there they told me it would be about 30 minutes and turned into 90 minutes with a 3 year old. I would have appreciated if they just told me it would be better than an hour because I would have just gone back later. However they are very thorough they did the oil change , checked the filters and whatever else they need to do. Only complaint was the estimated time wait
