Congratulations Valvoline on taking advantage of senior citizens. My 80+ year old father told me how he was charged for fully synthetic oil when his car doesn’t need it. He went into the valvoline store in Norwalk CT with a coupon expecting to pay $25. He was told his car needs synthetic (which it does not as confirmed with the manual) and it was to late to change as they had already started. Way to prey on the old. I hope that extra $50 lost you a few customers #valvoline

I've been here on several occasions. Tylon and Terrence do an amazing job of helping me out every time. They explain everything that's going on and check on some extra questions I have. Both are very knowledgeable and get things done quickly and efficiently. Car is running very smoothly now - I'm up to 217,675 miles! I get my oil and transmission changed here throughout the year.
The Sunday crew 2/11/18 were very nice, helpful & knowledgeable definitely coming back

DO NOT patronize this establishment !!!! My son took his truck there to get an oil change, and they dented his drivers door. They gave him such a run around ..... They wouldn't admit that they did it, said their video surveillance was inconclusive and only offered to pay for half the damages!!!! Not only that, but they charged him for the oil change ! Not very good customer service !!!! My family has seven (7) vehicles and we will no longer be using Valvoline Instant Oil Change, especially this specific site .
