I stopped in today for an oil change. When I asked them for a price, they guy looked at my car and said, "well this one takes a synthetic blend and that will be $69 (or so)" I said no thanks and left.. because I already know that my vehicle can take ANY oil as per the manufacturer guidelines. I didn't ask him what kind of oil, I asked for a quote.. he must be taking advantage of un-informed customers all day. This is such a shame. I just sat at valvoline for 90 minutes for them to tell me they can’t change my transmission fluid. Why did it take 90 minutes to tell me this. So I drove directly to my mechanic asked him if he can change my transmission fluid he pops the hood and takes a look and says I’m sorry I can’t you need to go to a dealership. Took him 1 minute. I usually love valvoline, but today was a let down for sure.

This place is great as far as I'm concerned. I get the max life synthetic change in my Sequioa, takes about 7 quarts of oil, plus the cost of a filter I could do this same oil change at home for about $55. I pay $72 there and I get to sit in my truck and it's done in 15 minutes and I never got dirty. A lot of people complain about their prices, but I think they're reasonable. Place is always clean and the staff are always very friendly.
Very good but I have only gone once, Other Valvoline places in the area accept groupon, 50% off, Epping doesn't accept groupon so I go to the other locations.
