Today at about 1:00pm I went to Valvoline on airport rd In Allentown to get an oil change. The man that helped me was Joe. Everything was going smoothly until he told me my battery had failed his test. I said thank you so much for letting me know and then I proceeded to tell my fiancé. Came down from PPL Center and had a great experience with the staff..
I called to report that my washer fluid was empty despite just having been in for oil change 2 days ago. Anthony asked me," who did my car" and I told him I was in the car so I don't know.He then said he probably forgot to fill the container. I then told him that did not make me feel confident in the service I received and he replied,"sorry." I cannot say enough good about the Valvoline in Whitehall. They are honest and nice about everything, always happy and joking around, going the extra mile for you. I have an unknown leak in my car and can't get under it so I asked to set up an appointment. They said just swing by whenever and they'll go over it.
