Waited in line. 2 cars came in after me, both cars went in before me. The last time I was there (2 weeks) they didn't put my keys in lock box. When they realized their mistake as I'm about to leave they asked me how I got my keys out of the box. I have 2 vehicles getting serviced there no more.
I had a flat tire, so I pulled in to see if they could change it - they said no! It wasn't a service that they offered BUT, one guy put air in it and we found out it had a cut on the sidewall - both men went above and beyond when they came over and changed the tire!!! I wanted to order pizza for them, but all they wanted was some cold water-- so I went to Popeyes and got them large cups of ice water- what a great way to end a sour beginning- thanks to you guys for being so helpful!
Wife didn't need wipers, I literally changed them myself less than a month ago. And she didn't need an air filter as they insisted she did.....I've given them the benefit of the doubt before, but tryin to take advantage of a customer that doesn't necessarily know any better is a piss poor way to do business.
Darius took great care of me and the guys did a great job they were friendly and courteous .darius was funny and made me laugh while I waited . Thanks guys .
I asked two people to put 10W 30 in my car (it's an older car with 250,000 miles on it). They put 5W 30 in it even when I asked two people to do what I asked. I also asked to air up the tires to 32 PSI as well. As soon as I got home I had to air up my own tires.
