I visited for an oil change on 10/14/2020. After they checked lights and other fluids, they told me they didn’t have an oil filter for my Toyota Sienna. I was told by the manager to go to O’Reilly’s and get my own and he would discount the bill. I then asked him, ‘what do I ask for? I have no idea what is needed.’ The manager then told me to go in, simply tell the counter person the make, model, and year and they would know what to give me. I was sold a filter that was $17.99. It’s not that I don’t recommend them it has to do with laziness. I went for an inspection 3/13/20 and was told it would be an hour. I go in 3 employees sitting down and no cars in bays. It was a poor answer for all the manpower in my face.

Highly recommend!! The employees have always been cheerful and helpful every visit!! They make sure to let me know what the manufacturer recommends for maintenance and answer any question I have! PLUS, I was in and out in just under 15 minutes!! You can go on their website right there on your phone and get a coupon as well :-)
