love going to this Valvoline! Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. I never had a problem with the wait and there is always a coupon online. I am there about once a month putting a thousand miles a week on my car commuting to and from work. And they always are looking out for my best interest in the upkeep of my car. I said the best part is as to where if I take it to my dealership I will be held hostage for hours on end and they don't even catch all the little things like burn out light bulbs like Valvoline does.
absolutely great service! I brought in my new to me 2004 dodge stratus. just wanted a simple oil change and had a coupon for 24.99. after checking everything they showed me my dipstick for oil and transmission. they recommended I didn't even need services because I had just bought the car!! also gave me a top off of fluids and checked tires visually and recommended two new ones which I knew and my front left was over inflated. also scanned my car for me as check engine light came on this morning, everything was fine small EV... read more
Pennzoil is cheaper, faster, and works. l pull in, the air hose doesn't work and neither does the little gun to get the vin number.
Very Impressed!! The service was outstanding. Bobbie and her crew worked great together. I didn't give 5 stars because I can't stand up selling but I know that's how businesses go... Thanks again for the great service!!!
I want to caution everyone a few months back I went to Valvoline and got my oil changed. I immediately smelled burning oil I called them they said some probably spilled and not to worry about it. I continued to drive my car till it died on my lunch break. I had it towed to the dealer because it's under warranty. Come to find out Valvoline never put my dipstick back in and oil was spraying all over my engine for two months. It caused thousands and thousands of dollars in damage which they paid for.
