Manager and staff work very well together. Make customers feel welcome. New guys are learning well.
They’re usually pretty good, but last time they put my drain plug back on ridiculously tight. It’s a serious pain if you ever do oil changes yourself.
I've been getting my oil changed here since I moved to Cortland back in 2019. They are always pretty quick and the employees are friendly. The pricing is fair and they always send coupons for discounted services.
This particular location has a really good technician that is a straight shooter (I believe his name is Nicholas). I appreciate his honesty and hard work at doing things correctly. He also honored a generous discount when the machine to flush my radiator broke while performing this service that required me to return two weeks later after the machine was repaired.
