I've been getting my oil changed here since I moved to Cortland back in 2019. They are always pretty quick and the employees are friendly. The pricing is fair and they always send coupons for discounted services.
This particular location has a really good technician that is a straight shooter (I believe his name is Nicholas). I appreciate his honesty and hard work at doing things correctly. He also honored a generous discount when the machine to flush my radiator broke while performing this service that required me to return two weeks later after the machine was repaired.
On Thursday, May 1st, I visited a Valvoline location for a routine oil change. My car was in excellent condition and had no issues whatsoever prior to my visit. Upon arrival, the staff asked me to step out of the vehicle, explaining that they would drive it into the service bay themselves — something I had never experienced at other branches.
