been taking my car here for years. have definitely had better experiences. vehicle was on the lift for at least 30 minutes. After they pull my car up I ask the tech if something is wrong with my oil pan because he was wiping oil everywhere. Told me some oil got on the skid plate but he cleaned most of it off. I hope in the car and there’s oil residue all over my center console and steering wheel. There is a puddle of oil staining our concrete driveway now.
Last oil change before I move to a new area! Loved this location and its hard working employees. Nick the manager is a great guy and looks out for you! Always trying to find what’s best and reasonable, along with getting as many deals as he can! Really loved being here. Knew I was driving away safe and taken care of.
