RecommendedI really like the guys that work at the Haughton store. They are friendly and professional. They always tell me what they are doing and if I need a new filter..they tell me how much it cost. If I say I'll wait until next time they don't pressure sale me. I have always taken my vehicles to the dealer to be serviced but since I live in Haughton it is really more convenient for me to go to Valvoline on Hwy 80. I trust these guys.
Great service! The employees very nice. They work together to get you done and finished in no time at all.
Convenient professional and courteous
I went there today and they quote me with the highest one . I specifically say don’t y’all have cheaper ones? He says yes, that’s just the one we quote. I said ok I want the cheapest one, I do not need my fluids checked or anything like that. At the end he tells me the price to pay and it’s still the highest one! WTH! And I told him no I wanted the cheaper one, then the same person says oh we only have one . I need y’all to get it together because y’all are straight up lying to your customers!
I changed my own oil today, let my car down before I put the new oil in the motor and put to much oil in. So I came to this location to see if they would help me out by taking a little out and they helped me out a lot. Thanks you guys were great, fast with helping customers and fast to get them done because there was a line. Appreciate y’all so much
