I highly recommend this Parkville, MO Valvoline location for your oil change needs. The shop employs mostly women and they know their stuff! Way to go, Valvoline! Great customer service and they don't try to nickel and dime you on upcharges. This will be my steady home for oil changes from now on.

I brought a company vehicle in to have an oil change. My card wasn't working and the employees stayed with me until I got everything figured out. It was a great experience and next time I'm in town I will definitely be back! Raven greeted me and David helped me through the process. From one mechanic to another, these guys are definitely getting a repeat customer!!
Don't go unless you want to finish with parts missing and employee has no idea what she did with them. Then get home and find another part missing.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had getting my oil changed. I was in the bay for over 30 minutes and they were not busy at all. The girl (red hair in a ponytail) ringing me up was very friendly but the other two employees (bigger guy maybe a manager, and a woman with a buzzed head) were very rude to her. It was a hostile environment and made me very uncomfortable.
