They are so nice! I haven’t had to bring my car in for an oil change in years because I always had someone do it at home for me. Even though I was clueless, they didn’t treat me like I was. I will be back for sure!
Anayla was totally awesome....oil change done efficiently as well as tire rotation..fleet vehicle and customer treated with expert skills...the assistant manager needs a raise in my opinion....I will be taking my fleet 2019 F150 to this location for future service😊
Thorough and quick, no high-pressure sales stuff, friendly employees. The shop was clean and organized, and everyone was working around each other efficiently. I've been to other oil change businesses where employees were goofing off and not paying attention, which is kinda worrisome when they're elbow deep in your car. No worries at this Valvoline; we would recommend them all day long.
Very quick and professional
Today was the first time I visited here. it was a tad bit pricey even with the coupon. (I do have a newer vehicle with higher mileage so I know they have to use special oil) BUT I will continue to use them. They are with you every step of the process and explain everything they're doing. they have a FEMALE tech there who was awesome! I had then do a tire rotation but they couldn't compete it because they found a nail in my tire and then told me where the best place to go was. sometimes it is work paying a little extra. thank... read more
