We came here yesterday for a simple oil change. One of the workers decided to do a load test, without our permission, and now our battery is fried along with our alternator. Regional manager nor store manager will stand up and be men and correct their workers mistakes. We are not out $300 plus to fix a wrong their employees created. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
This was the worst experience I have had with auto places. The guys wouldn't listen to me and I showed the coupon price and was charged double what I was supposed to pay Hell I want my old oil back! BBB better business bureau please im so mad�
