Never ever ever will go to the valvoline oil change by tires plus. Went there for a simple oil change and they ended up busting some airflow sensor, they fix it, fine, ok. But I continue to have problems for the last few weeks. Turns out they didnt connect any of the airflow tube/hose that must have for whatever reason been disconnected when they checked my filter. So my car was burning through a crazy amt of gas, started dying at stops, was mis-firing, throwing the Check engine light. Never again will I go back.

Get better technicians that actually know something and have better people skills
I went for an oil change and paid around $80 around a month ago. I went to an auto repair facility that my family has used for years just a couple days ago to get something else fixed and he said it looked like it hadn’t been changed in a LONG time. I will definitely not be back. Horrible!
The oil was still dirty. They showed me the dipstick 3 times & it was still dirty. Fought with me for a long time trying to blame it on the previous place who changed my oil 3500 miles earlier. Eventually offered to change it again--as long as I eould pay for ANOTHER oil change ($89 less a $15 coupon I had). After I threatened to call the police (for being scammed by putting dirty oil back in) they offered to change it again; using nee clean oil.
Waited an hour to get an oil change and they let two other cars go in front of me.
Biggest rip off in Oshkosh. Went for a oil change to get told I needed a new serpitine belt Wich had no problems. The so called manager replaced it first with one way to small so trying to pry it off broke the tensioner only to deny it then replaces the belt with one way to big. Charged 100 dollars for something they broke. Took it to my regular garage to have them get the right one Wich by the way was only 27 dollars not 100.
