I visited the Frisco location back in August based upon their positive reviews but apparently that was a terrible decision. I went for a quick 15-minute oil change per their motto that turned into a 6-month long nightmare. I went early morning before work hoping to receive a quick and efficient service but that did not happen. RecommendedBased on reviews, I decided to try this place out. I was SO IMPRESSED! I pulled right up, without an appt and got an oil change. The guys were friendly from beginning to end, and I even got to stay in my car the entire time. The manager still engaged in conversation with me and the guys working on my car were super friendly and fast when it came to checking everything on my car. Awful service. Waited 40 minutes for an inspection they moved me aside to take oil changes behind me. When I actually called to speak with the manager about it they discontinued me.
I went there for my state inspection. I was surprised to know that Manager, Will, who knows American Sign Language, and I was very impressed that he knows pretty most of signings. I had a great experience using this service. He was very patient and professional with attention and was making sure I was communicated fully. I truly appreciated the communication and the patience he had with. I really encourage Deaf customers to use this location for your communication access.
