Visited Valvoline on E Franklin..Had Great service until they neglected to put Oil back into the engine.. Needless to say the Engine Blew!! After watching the video the they have admitted fault for not putting oil back in!! Sent me to the dealership and all you offer me is a 1400 salvaged engine that no one knows the upkeep on!! RecommendedWe just went through Valvoline on E. Franklin in Gastonia, NC. It was without a doubt the best service we've ever had while getting our oil changed. Hakeem made my wife's day, which happened to be her birthday by having everyone wish her a "Happy Birthday!" Very friendly staff that made a lasting impression. I'll be back to be serviced at Valvoline again because of the great customer experience.

I don’t go anywhere else. This location and everyone here is super friendly, funny, and they get you in and out. Love bringing my car here
How the hell do you drain someone’s transmission fluid by mistake!? And then have the nerve to tell me to take it to the dealership to replace because your store doesn’t know how and/or can’t. The only solution you have is to have me call corporate which is closed on the weekend. To make it worse I’m sitting in the bay and can hear the crew’s conversations, at one point they were going to send me out without telling me.
I feel that the service is quick and they are fairly kind until you tell them you don’t want them digging in your engine yanking out your filters to sell you replacements. Also, my car was ransacked. They went into my glove compartment and dug through it, for what??? Why??? My Stuff was pulled out and on the seat that should have not been. I don’t understand the reasoning for that at all, they also broke my phone charger and left it laying on the storage base.
They were very courteous, and took very little time. Yes, I will go again.
