I just want to share my HORRIBLE experience I had with Valvoline facility in Kannapolis. Please do not go to this location. I visited the store on Wednesday September 7, 2021 to get a oil change on my car. When I got there was 2 cars head of me. Bay 3 was open. The car at bay 2 was getting oil change and tire rotation. Bay 1 was getting a car inspection. They move me to bay 2 and then bay 1. I sat at bay 3 and 2 for 10 minutes each. Then sat behind bay 1. For 45 minutes.
