Waited in line for about an hour until I was finally next only to be told they did not have my oil filter. Then was asked if I wanted to wait and that it could take 20 minutes to 3 hours to get the filter. I Will not be going back here again.

RecommendedI go where I know the people yes I get special treatment but I think everybody does they make me feel special and to be able to go in and have your car topped off twice after you get it serviced with your new oil change
got stuck in the lane that does 1 oil change for every 3 oil changes in the other lane. never again.
Was happy until they didn’t put the bolts back on the skid plate, half way to southern Cali skid plate was hitting the road, barely made it with the help of a bungee cord, had repairs done at Honda dealer before trip back home.

I LOVE this place. They are so courteous, friendly and helpful. They have been willing to get me in and my oil changed 20 minutes before they closed. They have always talked to me instead of down to me like I am a stupid girl. Thank you for top notch customer service every time!!!

Lety was awesome, got me in and out. Plus I went back the next day for totally different things and she helped me no charge! Great service I will be back, sat in my car and relaxed while they worked. No gross waiting room or long lines. Fabulous
