I have never had a problem until today. Went in for oil change and inspection. Was informed that I failed my inspection, due to worn wipers. Not broken or hanging on a string, but worn. $26 for cheap wipers or fail and bring it back with proof of new ones. So my wipers cost more then my inspection or oil change. Sorry but just lost a 10 year customer.

Took over 2 hours to get my car inspected. One guy did inspections and stopped every time an oil change came in so it took an hour to inspect one car.
Always looking to rip someone off as soon as you walk through the door.
I went there for an oil change and inspection and had no problem. They greeted me right away and was out of there within a hour. They were right on top of all their customers pulling up the whole time I was there. Been going there for a few years and never had a problem!
