I want to give a shout out to the gentlemen here at the Redmond valvoline. We called them and explained that the drain plug got rounded off the last time we were in and that we were trying to change the oil ourselves this time and couldn't get the plug off... 2 gentlemen came to my home in crooked river (way out of their way) and tried to get it off and replace for FREE!
