I write this to specifically shout out to Everett, who I understand is one of the managers - or the manager - at this Valvoline location. I met him when he worked at a previous Valvoline store. I pulled up during a busy morning and the bays were full. I wanted some info - because I finally had had enough of lousy service from one of Valvoline's major competitors.
