Came in to get an oil change and tire rotation on my 2020 ram. They were somewhat busy and a guy came out and asked what I needed done. I told him I wanted a tire rotation and oil change. He instructed me to pull into bay 3. I pulled to bay 3. He checked my lights and everything then walked away for a few minutes. Then he comes back and ask what I was in for again and I tell him an oil change and tire rotation. He says oh well you would have to go to bay 2 for a tire rotation after he already told me to go to bay 3 for this.... read more

Terrible customer service. Took my wife’s car there for an oil change. Even went with the expensive oil they recommended and spent $50 on an air filter too. Got it home and it was leaking all over my driveway. Called them and brought it back. They cleaned the motor and said they must have spilled some oil. Ok. A week later, still leaking. Took it to a regular shop and it cost me $500 to fix the part they broke. Called them and spoke about it after getting the estimate and before the work was done. They couldn’t care less. The staff went out of their way to make sure that my issues were fixed and gave me the best customer service ever. The management team was exceptional. I would highly recommend this business and will continue to do business with them myself.
