employee's were AMAZING wish i had another vehicle just so i could go back sooner
So this happened.. took my car to “valvoline instant oil change” on sunny lane and 29th for a oil change... they jacked up my oil drain plug. After being under it for a long time he says “well you know the oil pan has like a drain on it and yours is stripped and has no threads” I was like what.. now mind you I change my oil every two to three weeks. Loved the service! Prices were decent, techs were thorough, quick, and efficient! Not to mention they have coupons available!
I asked for an oil change, I told them I would take care of my burnt out bulb on my own and they were very rude and nasty so I told them I was leaving and didn't want an oil change. Sad this place was recommended to me and they turned out to be rude and unprofessional.

Tore the bottom plate of my car and won't take responsibility for it! I will never go back to this place! This is not the first time they have messed up one of my vehicles but it will be the last!!!
