The Valvoline instant oil change located at 430 Clairton Blvd Pittsburgh, PA 15236 Destroyed our Vehicle and will not accept responsibility for their work. I will not stop until every human on this planet knows what you are all about and the gamble they take to let your operation preform service on a vehicle. You should be ashamed!
All of my washer fluid lines are frozen because of your washer fluid,the people at your place said I could bring my car in and let it thaw out after 5 minutes they changed there mind and said to go home and use a hair dryer.I was out there for 2 hours and they are still frozen. I guess I won't make it to work tomorrow.They said just the tips were frozen but it was everything like I told him.I won't be coming back. VERY DISAPPOINTED.IN YOUR SERVICE. He was going to make things right but, he changed his mind. .
Everyone who worked on my car was Efficient and knowledgeable! I got my lights changed out, cabin air filter and a full service oil change! It was quick and efficient!
Had the absolute best service I could have hoped for today! Unfortunately I didn't get everyone's names, but the entire group seemed really eager to help and went above and beyond what was expected of them. I would recommend this location, no questions, insanely friendly and helpful.
