Worst oil change experience I have ever had in my life. I waited for almost an hour when I was told 15 minutes. Then after watching 3 young guys stand around for that entire time they decide to tell me there is a problem with them not having the correct filter for that car and I guess they did not bother to check their inventory before draining the oil. I went to Valvoline across from the mall in Flagstaff. They actually got me right in and began working on it. Then, while starting to fill the oil up, the girl doing the job missed the nozzle and sprayed oil all over my engine area. They spent a whole lot of time cleaning it up (while I had to wait). The area was steaming with oil burning off and continued to smoke a little as I drove home. My whole car smells like oil now too. Grrr.... Grrrrrrr.... All I wanted was to get my oil done.
