found out today when i went 4 months ago they never switched out my oil filter. it's black and covered in sludge. and the cabin air filter that was supposed to last 15000 miles already needs to be replaced. IDIOTS

I went today (4-5-19) and it was a great experience! The staff has always been wonderful, and I've gone here for all but one of my oil changes. They answered all my questions and didn't pressure me into buying anything but gave me my options. I felt happy when I left cause the service was quick and the mechanics were friendly!
I went there two times to change my oil and both times something went else went wrong with my Lexus first they empty out coolant causing the temp to go up and then they put in the wrong anti freeze causing a leak in my water pump...
Helped me out in a major pinch, got me back on the road safely and saved me money in the process. Staff was great and extremely helpful. I was there at lunch time and got in and back out quicker than I could get through the McDonald's drive through.
