I had an oil change done yesterday. when they were finished, my truck wouldn't start. they pushed my tru ck out of the bay and told me to call a tow truck. I had no previous problems with my truck. They would not let me speak to the area manager and cussed at me several times. I spent several hours stranded in the parking lot for a 15 minute oil change. To say they were unprofessional would be a huge understatement. Stay away from this circus!

I went today as a customer that brought her own products. They still wanted to charge me $35...but whatever. They do not carry the specific oil I use. I use Mobil 1 extended wear oil...guaranteed 15k miles of wear. I asked if he would notate it in the system. He refused. He proceeds to tell me the system won't allow it. The service also includes a fluid top off, tire pressure check, chassis lubrication points and a multi point inspection. Waited 45 minutes for an oil change that took 30 minutes . . . not the 15 minutes they advertise. Looked like enough employees to handle the job but most were standing around in groups doing nothing that I could see, Read the reviews and had to laugh . . . they must have wrote them themselves. Been a customer for 17 years . . . no more.

They advertise a 15 minute oil change. it took them over 30 for a simple oil change. They spend too much time pressuring you into additional services when they should be focused on what they are known for. Not sure if it is the same owner as years past but it's not the same place I have used for 15 years. Won't be back.
when to see how much it would cost for an oil change for my 2012 Mustang GT was told $95 plus $6 a quart for every extra quart way overpriced. went to the dealership had a it done for $65 I thought the dealership was supposed to be the overpriced one.
I understand busy. I was told it would be about 15 min to get my car pulled in. 45 minutes later I’m still waiting! I went somewhere else. I was in and out in 20 min over there, even with the coupon and supposedly 15 min oil change. It’s getting to be seen they fail to mention may take a while. And I got a much lower price somewhere else.
