45 minutes later I left with a $62 oil change. I felt taken advantage of. The only reason I went to valvoline in the first place was because Midas couldn’t get me in. Never again
They got me in as soon as I pulled in the lot. They went through all my options and made me aware of anything that should be replaced with no pressure to buy anything. Changed the oil topped off the fluids and air in the tires. I was out in no time at all.
They were a waste of time and they were careless! They cut a wire by pinching it in the oil filter housing and said that the engine light wasn't their fault. I was told that I needed a full service garage. They found the damage and it cost me hours of time and stress. They did pay for it, but no apologies. Go somewhere else!
