Far from instant. Long wait, poor communication.
We were told it would be 10 minutes... it has been over and hour and still waiting.
Employees are extremely disruptive and loud. I'm their neighbor and I'd LOVE it if they'd close down.
Terrible experience. Was in a pinch and needed someone else to change my oil, which is normally done myself. Techs were complaining the oil filter was too tight, as they could not get it lose. They were using a strap wrench on a cartridge filter. They obviously don't have the tools or know how to change the oil properly on this vehicle. As a person who used to manage at this exact location, I would never recommend going to this Valvoline (or probably any other).
I always come to this one. Super nice and helpful. I'm not the smartest when it comes to cars and they always help me out and answer any of my questions. Thanks guys!
Very professional and helpful. Didn't treat me like an idiot as some places do when they see women drivers. Very thorough and fast. Obviously genuinely care not only for their customers but for each other and what they do.
