I make sure to come here even though I’m not in Saginaw anymore because it’s one place that I haven’t been taken advantage of financially- they do not bullsh*t you and I appreciate that. Valvoline is a horrible company, broke my husbands grill on his car, jokes around about shooting people, won’t give me their fax number because they are too busy
Had been a long time customer, and just got tired of being treated, and spoken to like a five year old. I get that there are procedures, and that the issue of "safety" will probably be invoked, but after being told: "Now were going to run you through a light check" as if it were some kind of agility test, the attendant insisted that my keys be deposited in some cup for the duration of the service, as if it were Kindergarten.
