sent my daughter there for an oil change on a 2006 Chevy Cobalt. The staff took advantage of her, she was charged $65 for her oil and they replaced an air filter for $25 that didn't need replaced and $13 labor. over a hundred dollars for a basic oil change..Bay City Mi. Valvoline lost any future business from me
I called today to talk to someone about letting out a litter of trans fluid so I can put in an additive. they told me it was not possible. Well then why have 2 other places gave me quotes for $20-70 but no one could get me in today. Then tried to make a transmission flush sound like what I needed. YOU DO NOT FLUSH A TRANS WITH 164XXX MILES ON IT. IM A WOMEN BUT THE DAUGHTER OF A MECHANIC. YOU SIR TRIED TO SCAM ME INTO WORK I DIDNT NEED DONE. WHICH WOULD CAUSE MY CAR TO GO EVEN MORE QUICKLY. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF
Was quoted 89.99 for an oil change..I called three local car dealerships and was quoted 40-45 for oil change and tire rotation. I will NEVER go back to your establishment

The Mgmt and team are so knowledgeable I really enjoy going to this shop They tell you what the are doing Plus the computer lets you watch every thing they are doing They never try to rip you off they only suggest what you may want to do Very fair prices and they look to save you money on bundles
Not a good experence!! Enterprise has contract with them, they told me go there they would take care of the car. No they wouldnt and I wasted valueable time.😞
