Takes way to long to get a oil change ..I waited 20 min at the campbell street store in Bowling green ky.. And it's not because they don't have enough employees there was 5 or 6 employees just sitting there talking by the cars.. My recommendation more training to where people stay busy and they're doing something so people all set out in their car for 20 minutes in the hot Sun.. And when to grease monkey right down the street and got right in
