Took my car in for a standard oil change. I know they are extremely expensive (twice the amount as other places 97.00 for a synthetic oil change.) After trying to upset me everything under the sun I left spending over 200.00. Literally 10 minutes down the road my oil light came on and my engine quickly banged to a stop. Stranded on the side of the road with a blown motor, I had my car towed to a mechanic who drained 12 quarts of oil from my engine! Never coming back to this “business” again and I recommend no one come here for ANYTHING! Especially windshield wipers! I bought 2 from them 2 weeks ago and 1 of the wipers came off yesterday and now the 2nd wiper on the driver side came off today and left a big scratch (more like a gash)on my windshield because the wiper blade flew off while using them. And now that I’m stuck paying for to repair🤬 and then they have the nerve to say they can only give me a $10 discount (mind you I spent over $100 on services and the wipers... read more

Although the cost is a bit more than their competitors, the service and time- savings are worth the price at Valvoline... and the staff are always courteous and willing to help customers maximize their savings!
