Well it wasn't the team members fault. It was just very busy the day I went. When I got there, all 3 bays were already occupied and they all had a vehicle waiting outside as well. I arrived at 4:06 pm. I waited outside for 1 and a half hours. I finally pulled into bay 2 at 5:30 pm. My oil change was completed and I left at 5:54 pm. The employees at this location were great. Greg the manger runs a well trained staff. They didn’t pressure me to buy and I’m glad they let me know what was coming up due on my car.
Draxko was very professional and the oil change was fast! Will be going there again.
