Friendly and quick
Sat for 2.5 hours for my instant oil change, left without an oil change. Understand people get backed up, but FFS. Frustrating Editing my review, went back after work, everything was normal, in and out in twenty minutes. Also, everyone was professional and polite the entire time, just my goodness, 2.5 hours was insane
Update: I am changing my review rating from a 1 to 5 because Valvoline and this locations manager quickly stepped up and paid for the repair within the same week. I've never seen this type of response from a business to quickly admit to what happened and to make things right. Original Review: Went in for an oil change and left with a cracked rear differential and a leak. They should have stopped when they had an issue removing the plug but kept trying and ended creating a crack and a leak. Tomorrow I find out from the dealer... read more
