Valvoline does not know how to service vehicles. I went there the end of July for an oil change. They asked if wanted to add a product that they said would help my Kia Soul not burn as much oil. I agreed and then when looking at the receipt I realized they added a Fuel System Treatment. Now my Kia is in the shop with a clogged fuel line. It's going to cost me over $1,300 to fix Valvoline adding a Fuel System Treatment to my car. My two sons and daughter-in-law were all going to Valvoline in Troy for oil changes. Had issues with pricing but manger took time and contacted me and explained. All and all was great service. I appreciate the call from manager.
The customer service experience I had today was exceptional. I loved the team that assisted me today, they were fast and efficient, while remaining personable, and incredibly nice. I will continue to always come to valvoline, the Troy Mo location specifically is my favorite. Thank you so much
