Take Your Ride Here – The owner and staff at Valvoline Express Care are top notch. They will take care of your and your car and get you back on the road in no time. The facility is convenient (right off of N 183) and the prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a place for total car care, go to Valvoline.
Great Service – I am a long time customer and always receive good service from the team at Valvoline Express Care. I take my car there for inspections, oil changes and basic maintenance. I trust what they tell me and have never experienced rude behavior.
Unprofessional, Unknowledgeable, Rude Jerkoffs – DO NOT USE VALVOLINE EXPRESS! Took my car in for my first state inspection. Staff ignored me after making eye contact. They were sitting in the garage with no cars to work on and I had to go in the garage that said DO NOT ENTER and ask them to help me. It was my first state inspection so I had a few questions but the staff did not answer them except with generalities like "We look at everything." Condescending and Rude. – Lame. Brought my car in for inspection, and after inspecting it they let me know that it needed something to pass. I though they were being cool letting me go take care of it, and left to go replace the needed part. Well I came back and guess what? After checking it out some more they decided they weren't going to pass it. Well the fact that it didn't pass isn't the point, cars should be safe.
