On Nov 3, 2018 They broke the plug off of our brand new Subaru Forester oil pan then replaced it with a temporary plug that came undone halfway through our trip to Oregon causing all the oil to spill out. I rushed it to another shop in Idaho who put in a temporary plug and charged $129. When I returned to Kalispell the Valvoline manager ordered a new oil pan from Subaru and got me a rental car saying they would make it right. They replaced the oil pan and plug however they used too much silicone. They refused to reimburse me... read more
One of their associates didn't put the dipstick back in all the way and shot 2 quarts of oil around the engine. Owner/Manager Mark said he wouldn't cover any damages or issues that might appear in the next 60 days but would clean it like it didn't happen. Cleaning was shoddy, didn't reimburse diagnostic from the Nissan dealership, did the bare minimum to get me to drive off their lot. Waited afterwards to see if Mark would come out and talk to me, he did not.
Took my truck here for a full service. Charged me 79.00 dollars in and out very quickly. I was told they where done and greased 11 zerks, upon my investigation they hadn't even greased one grease zerk, what else did they not look at, so I pointed it to them and they brought it back in and greased it. Just want to give a shout out to the guys at Valvoline Express Care! My dad's been the manager there for almost 10 years they've become like family to me. Always so welcoming and kind! Right now my dad has taken a leave of absence and those guys have been so amazing and supportive even with the smallest things like changing out my license plates, checking air in my tires etc. It means soooo much you guys will never know!
