I have been a costumer of Einsteins for years and was always satisfied with the experience. I stopped by Valvoline on 1805 W Island Green Dr. today and was not impressed with the knowledge of the staff. I got a basic oil change and when I reviewed the invoice I saw that they said the lubrication points were sealed which is not true. There are 11 zurk fittings on my 2004 GMC Sierra 5.3L 4X4. This is my second time in the last 3 months. I want to change to a new oil change company but we had a coupon and I figured I'd give them a second chance. I was in one of the two lines waiting for an oil change and when it moved forward, an employee gestured for me to switch to the line on the left and then 5 minutes later another employee told me that it would be another 15 minutes in my new line on top of the normal wait because the guy in front of me was having something done with his gear boxes.
