The team at 800 N in Orem, UT were professional & gave great customer service. Randy was amazing! He made it super easy to go through all the services & recommended check ups. 100% will recommend to family members and friends!
We came in and they were instantly super friendly and got straight to work. The manager came and greeted us personally and told us we could ask him any questions. Along with the oil change they checked other fluids and refilled my coolant. They also offered to fill the air in my tires. Great experience. Definitely go here for your next oil change! 10/10
Why the hell do you guys torque your oil filters to a trillion foot pounds? I don't understand why every time I go to an oil change place. This happens when industry standard is hand tightened to 25 ft lb. I hope whoever's tightening these gets karmic Justice
Went in to get an oil change and new windshield wipers for my fleet vehicle, which is usually an ordeal. Jake, Juan, and Sebastian were super quick, super cordial, and awesome at their jobs. I was in and out in a flash, never had to leave my car, and I'm excited to say that I never have to go to Jiffy Lube again🎉
I took my car to valvoline the last 2 times I needed an oil change. It is super convenient and the staff is very friendly. The only problem I've been having is both times, a month after my oil change, my car was completely out of oil. I thought I had an oil leak so I took it to the mechanic and they checked my whole car, no oil leak. I'd then fill my oil all the way up, and no issues.
