This is the second time this store has given all of my personal information (full name, current address, email, phone number) from my account to whoever now owns the car I sold over a year ago. I spoke to the staff when this first happened in July and they said they will update the account. I just got another email today (September 21st, 2026) that the vehicle was serviced again and the account has not been updated. They were nice and quick and I didn't have to get out of my car. But they weren't super clear on what I should be doing
Everyone is always so kind and professional. They get me in quickly, clearly explain what they’re doing and why, and alert me if anything unexpected comes up. I’ve had a few issues with the undercarriage cover on my car on the past few years and they are so patient with it. 10/10 every time, I keep coming here and for good reason. Shoutout the orem team!! You do great work!

I always have a great experience at the Orem location they’re always very informative with each step, they never pressure to upgrade, and it’s always super fast even when they’re busy. They also have friendly demeanors and great overall customer service!
