This was a very pleasant experience. I usually change my own oil just to save a few $, but it was a cold and wet December day so I chose Valvoline, mostly because of the coupon I found online. From the moment I pulled in they were fast and friendly. They checked my lights, wipers, battery, and tires, and changed the oil all while I sat in the car. Fast and efficient. I love coming to Valvoline Instant Oil Change. It's super convenient, you just pull up, stay in your car, and they take care of everything. They top off your fluids, check your lights to make sure you're good to go, and you're in and out in under 15 minutes. Everyone is always really friendly and knows their stuff. I also love that they can renew your registration and check your emissions while you wait in your car. So easy and hassle-free. Definitely recommend!
Randy and the whole team were professional but personable. They got me in to get an oil change quickly and double checked everything else for me as well, including my lights, tire pressure, and other fluids.
