I went to change the oil in my car, they broke the dipstick and they didn't want to take responsibility for it, nor did they want to give me a discount for having broken it.
So professional. Walked me through everything that was being done. Showed me how to reset my lights. Everyone was very friendly. I didn’t have to wait an hour. Everything was done quickly and no time wasted.
Everyone one of the crew seemed really efficient and hard working I thought they did great!!
came here when everywhere else had an hour long wait & they got me in & out in about 30 minutes! it was also the cheapest oil change i’ve ever had in Orem and that’s including and new oil and air filter!
