Though the employees were very friendly I found that $19.99 was a bit much for a plain vacuum, windows cleaned, car washed, and almost dryed, done by the staff. I think that a tire polish and simple interior wipe down should be included. And maybe cross selling their wax or polish package for the next visit if the car looks like it needs it, without the customer having to ask about it. Thanks...
