My tensioner pulley (and thus, the serpentine belt) malfunctioned a few miles outside of Mankato. I wasn't from the area. Jacob at Express Care was so kind and helpful. He helped me get my car towed and after a few hours, had me back on the road headed home again. They made a difficult situation much less stressful and really took care of me as a customer. Very pleased with the fast service that I received today during a holiday week. Scheduled an appointment for early afternoon had estimate of car repairs late afternoon and they begin fixing my car immediately. Plus, they offer coupons. Yay!
Amazing service!!! I needed emergency tire service after running something over on the road. I called Tony and explained what happened and he told me to come in immediately. When I pulled up his service person was waiting for me! They fixed my tire super quick and I was back on the road in no time!!! I would highly recommend them for any of your vehicle needs.
