Hello Natalie-- Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. I do apologize that you are not happy about our policy in which we take the vehicle keys during service. We now ask the guest to place their keys in a "box" for safety. Vehicles with push button starts can still accidentally start their vehicle even if the keys are on the dash.
