I was upset about the abrupt closing but now I'm furious at how (what I assume) the owner is addressing me on her Facebook after I left a review. She has gone to my profile and started attacking me in her comments. Closing without notice was unprofessional but attacking clients who leave negative reviews is toxic. Avoid all her locations. Very good with my pups and very professional. And at a low cost. Couldn't ask for any better.
This place was the worst and I’m glad they are no longer in business; I have never met such a rude, arrogant, and overall unprofessional staff. The desk workers were okay, but the actual certified staff needs to be retrained. It is not my fault PPE was mandated, so I don’t need to hear you complain about wearing it. It was clear that they just wanted money. Didn't have a lot of regard for their patients. Muzzled my dog when we were not communicated with as to why, and when we were visibly upset about this, they didn't bother to explain or help settle our fears in the slightest. I completely understand the reasons for muzzles, but you’d think they would try to explain themselves and help us out maybe? but no.
