I had scheduled an appointment 2-3 weeks ago with Joe who told me they don’t take appointments after 4pm because they close at 5pm. I made the appointment for 3:40 this afternoon. I even received a confirmation call but they never informed me they changed my appointment. When I got to the office it was locked and the girl wouldn’t open the door at 114° heat outside. She said the Dr was out for lunch and my appointment was moved. It was very unprofessional to change it without telling or asking me. I have other plans and had ... read more
Staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Matt is able to straighten me out when I get all kinked-up. I also like that he shares his knowledge to help patients do their part to stay well.
Absolutely a winner in my book. After 6 months of pain from a fractured disc, which he sadly could not treat, I received more information than any of the many Doctors I have been to. Super courtesy from all in the office.
