I bought a VCR December 1st, 2016 because we have a collection of vhs tapes. Came home and tried to watch a video and the VCR doesn't work at all, keeps shutting off right after you turn it on, tried putting a tape in and now it is stuck and won't come out. I've called and talked to a manager about the issue because supposedly they test the equipment before putting it for sale. Well, I am not happy with nothing being done about a broken item they sold.
