Where good when they first opened, but have gone down hill in a hurry! – Both the prices and the service at this Value Vet location have suffered since first opening. The person at the front desk was so rude to an older woman that was in the reception area with me, that I almost stepped in and told her off! When they first opened, if you took your pet in for shots, they would do a 30 second nail clip and not even charge you. The last time I went in, they charged $16 for a 30 second job! Gods Angels – I cannot say enough about Value Vet. I have 6 cats that I love dearly and care about their health. Each cat that I took to Value Vet was treated with dignity and respect. The prices are very reasonable. They DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. Plus they are honest. All I can say is that there is a special place in Heaven for the folks that work there. May God bless them for their unselfish act of kindness towards the beloved pets that go there.
Quality as well as value! – Before my cat's first appointment at Value Vet, I had some fears the "value" offered at Value Vet might mean the quality of animal care wasn't as good as some of the more expensive clinics. Boy was I wrong! I have had nothing but great experiences there - the staff is wonderful and genuinely care about your pet and treat them like their own. Fun, clean and professional! – I took my kitty to Value Vet after I noticed they won Best Vet two years in a row in the Scene. WOW! Now I know why-great prices, sweet workers, VERY nice clinic (with TV's in the exam rooms!) and my doctor was so patient and caring. They even took me into the surgery room to see their heated surgery tables!
