Pamela with Value Tech appraisals was awesome! We were very happy with the process and the fair value! Thank you.
Not impressed with this company at all. I spoke to the appraiser and they were very kind, but after receiving a super low appraisal on a property my client was selling I was convinced that this company has no clue about true values of properties. They based the value of a subject property lower than a comp which was older and had less amenities than the subject. It doesn't make any sense. I would not recommend Value Tech at all.
