Friendly and very helpful clean units
I needed help over the weekend and they were available and even upgraded me for free. the following day they helped me out with a storage unit. very friendly and welcoming. we shall see how it goes!
Would give 0 stars if possible. I reserved a U-Haul van online to be picked up at 9:30am. I selected mobile check-in since the website stated employees aren’t on site until 10am. I pulled in at 9:30 only to see the reservation had been changed last minute to 10:30am (no email, no text, no update whatsoever). I attempted to call the customer service number only to be told the phone wait time was an hour and eleven minutes. My best bet was to wait until 10am and hope an employee could help. Reese was the best! She made the move in process so easy . Tommy was her knowledgeable side peice lol making sure we understood the policy and any forth coming changes. Wouldful couple!
