This hotel is my go-to for frequent long term stays when in the Austin area on business. It is a budget, long-term-stay property, so don't expect in-hotel dining, room service, or 24-hour on call routine maintenance. That said, for the price, it is an exellent value. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I rarely hear adjacent rooms. The property is well maintained, EXTREMELY CLEAN, and the parking lot is well lit. Service was terrible. They charged for a service animal. Our room didn't get cleaned. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed.
It's an OK location and it sucks because there's no breakfast😫 but the service that was given by JESSICA it was all forgiven!!!! She's so AMAZING at what she does and going up and beyond to make sure we as guest feel right at home is just the icing on the cake!!! If she's not given a raise IMMEDIATELY then that company clearly don't deserve her!!! ♥️
