Worst extended stay I have ever been too, when I first check in the dude with the long dreads was complaining to me about his coworker leaving the work areas disorganize and how they not doing things properly which add on to his plate, and than the room wasn’t clean and it didn’t have no tissue , I went to ask for another room and he said they didn’t have any. Hotel look awful on the inside. Everything is broke the rooms do not get clean. You will see for yourself if you go. The mattress are soiled and nasty. Bug infested. The manager there is unprofessional and they just go in your room without your permission. Shanita wright.
The Staff is supporting and helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Jovonn was incredibly helpful in checking myself and my colleagues in. There were about 15 of us staying here for a few months and he was always available to help with anything we needed. Whether it was checking in, getting rooms cleaned, or providing more soap/shampoo, I felt like I could always depend on Jovonn to lend a helpful hand.
Jovonn is very polite even help me dump trash while I'm in a walker I had the trash on my walker going to the trash can. Last week when I was sick JoVonn did a wellness check on me because he noticed he haven't seen me in couple of days.One thing I can say he do notice his guess and have general care and concern.Thank you JoVonn that means a lot
